Orders & Pre-Orders
All orders placed via au.cruehawts.com are processed as pre-orders.
Products are shipped directly from our Vietnam warehouse.
Estimated delivery time: 7-9 business days from dispatch.
Customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking link once the order is shipped.
Shipping
Standard shipping fee: AUD $15 per order.
Free shipping applies to orders over AUD $120.
Orders are limited to a maximum of 10 items per order.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) remain the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or public holidays.
Returns & Refunds
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are protected.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product you purchase is:
Faulty or defective,
Damaged upon arrival, or
Not as described.

Proof of purchase and photo evidence may be required.
Returns for change of mind, size, or colour preference are not accepted.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

All payments are processed in AUD.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay debit and credit cards.
Payments are securely handled via Shopify Payments using SSL encryption.
Bank transfer and cash-on-delivery are not available for Australian customers.
